Improving Patient Access with a simplified introduction
to Support services
OVERVIEW:
A patient access field team identified a sense of confusion surrounding support services and patient enrollment. A need was determined to streamline the introduction to support resources and provide empathy to patients in need of immediate access.
Using market research and gaining insight from ARM team members, a “welcome” kit was created to provide clarity to the enrollment process and simplify the overall experience resulting in fewer processing errors.
